A new shine for Stuttgart’s new downtown

In Stuttgart, Germany, right next to the Flagship store, Breuninger built a new high-value property, the Dorotheen Quartier: A three-section building, which can be used for a variety of purposes, from retail to hospitality, office spaces, apartments and a public underground car park. To successfully position the Dorotheen Quartier in the upper market segment, PSM&W supported the branding efforts.

We are especially proud of the design of the several hundred-meter-long construction site fence, which created interest and anticipation for the Dorotheen Quartier and allowed passersby to take a look at the construction site via peepholes in the fence.
