From grain silo to luxury residential property
Originally, the building was used by the brewery Henninger-Bräu AG as a grain silo. It was torn down in 2013 and in its place building developer Actris Henninger Turm and the architecture firm Meixner Schlüter Wendt created a 140 meters high project with similar appearance as its predecessor. Since 2017, its 150 turnkey apartments, office spaces and lofts are ready for occupancy.
