Ice Age at the Senckenberg-Museum in Frankfurt
 |
People could hardly believe their eyes: In the natural History Museum Senckenberg in Frankfurt
the Ice Age was back again. On the occasion of the DVD-release of Ice Age, the most
successful animation movie of the year, PSM&W brought on behalf of Twentieth Century Fox
Home Entertainment, the leading actors Manni, Scrat and Sid to the river Main. The actor
Thomas Fritsch, who dubbed the oily saber-tooth tiger Diego, was also present during the
family days of the Senckenberg-Museum. He impressed the enthusiastic audience with his talents
and then signed studiously autographs. The charity lottery attracted approximately 5,000 visitors
with attractive prices, like a trip with Icelandair or a weekend in an Opel Zafira.
The proceeds of this tombola were in favor of the Deutscher Kinderschutzbund e. V (The
German Child Defense Association). In addition there was for all little guests a
Search-the-Scrat-Rally and funny make-up sessions for children. Everybody who
wished to watch the animation movie of Oscar®-winning Chris Wedge once more, could enjoy
the enchanting story in a separate screening room.
